The product orientation phase has a number of steps to determine if the idea is viable. Questions like:
  • is the idea really as brilliant as you think?
  • how big is the market and are there competitors?
  • a I doing the development on my own?
  • what are the costs and how can I bear the costs?
These are of course only a few questions of all that will arise at the start-up of a business. At the end of this phase there will be a business plan and a financial plan.
