A clean and transparent rapport and presentation are essential if you are with multiple people who want to decide on different steps. This is a phase that will lead to investments, so a wide-ranged decision is important. The first part of the report is the different ways of making a product, the Technology Scenarios. Make sure to be to the point. Many people are very visual orientated, so make sure there are enough graphs in your rapport. The second part is a summary of the tested principles and their pro’s and cons, put this in an orderly table. Make a description of the P.O.P. accompanied by some pictures. Make a clear discussion about the investigated principles and mention their limitations. Make a summary of this chapter. The third part is the risk assessment. Show the risk plots and maturity grids accompanied by a short explanation. |
