ACTI is a brief way to solve problems. This program is made for people that are assigned to solve a problem. This is explained step by step to solve the problem.

When to use

ACTI is mainly used in the β-phase and mass production when problems occur. It uses the Multi Criteria table and Cpk’s. ACTI is used:

Description

ACTI uses 4 phases to solve a problem: Approach , Creative, Test and the Implementation phase.

The approach consists of 4 steps:

  • Informing without being pushed in a direction (start with a clean sleave)
  • Objective
  • Finding the problem
  • Making it measurable 

The Creative phase consists of 3 steps:

  • Brainstorming
  • Evaluation by means of the Multi Criteria table
  • Set boundaries

The Test phase consists of 2 steps:

  • Test principles
  • Evaluate tests

 

The Implementation phase consists of 3 steps:

  • Implementation
  • Checking if it works
  • Monitoring
